Community and Outreach

Community involvement has always been an important part of the clinic’s work. We regularly engage with local organisations, workplaces, and community groups by offering free educational sessions such as lunch-and-learns and informal talks. These sessions are designed to help people better understand how everyday factors like movement, posture, workload, and lifestyle can influence how they function and feel. The emphasis is on practical, accessible information that supports wellbeing, encourages healthy habits, and helps individuals make informed choices, rather than providing individual diagnosis or treatment outside the clinical setting.

Alongside external outreach, the clinic also hosts healthcare classes and educational sessions on-site. These are open to a range of groups, including organisations such as U3A, local charities, and schools, and are tailored to the needs of the audience. Sessions focus on sharing clear, practical information around movement, posture, and general wellbeing, with the aim of supporting understanding and confidence rather than replacing individual assessment or clinical care.
